VMAX Climax is the name given to the eighth subset released during the Sword & Shield Era. The subset contains a large number of reprinted cards from the Sword & Shield Era as well as Character Rare Full Art cards featuring Pokémon Trainers in the artwork. VMAX Climax (Chinese: Outstanding Finale) was released on December 17, 2021 in Taiwan and Hong Kong. It contains the same cards and features the same numbering as the Japanese release.

• Each Booster Pack Contains 11 Cards, including–
• 1 Card Guaranteed card to be either a Pokémon V, VMAX, V-UNION or have a rarity of SR or above, per pack.
• 1 Card Guaranteed to be either a Reverse Brick Holofoil or regular Character Rare, per pack
• 1 Card Guaranteed to be a Holofoil Energy, per pack.
• All Cards are in Traditional Chinese.
